A survey is complete when it can be archived and re-opened by someone else — including the same demographer, seasons later. The minimum data package for one survey is:

The raw full-surround captures (unedited), one per station.

The perspective crops extracted from those captures for identification.

The station log / dive data sheet: calibration K, r, and R; the six stations and their headings; the conditions; and the hub reference.

The reconciled count sheet: N₁, N₂, and the spread, per station.

The species tally — the per-station species list (and the input for the optional diversity indices, if computed).

The calculator output: the index D̄, the noise floor, and any optional diversity and turnover values.

The accuracy-and-limitations statement (this section).

The model-and-version log, if a model assisted the count (Module 9).

A file-naming convention and a backup location, so the package survives a lost device.
The naming convention is the demographer's own, applied consistently — a station's time series is comparable only if its files can be matched to their dives years apart. The package is what turns a single dive into a durable record, and a place into a re-surveyable site.
